What a beautiful day it is on the mountain. I got up early, fed the hens, hoed the tomatoes, picked zucchini, mowed the lawn, gathered eggs, picked blueberries, and came in to take a shower so I don't have chiggers. I did all this before 10:00 a.m. -- was I ever hungry for a big breakfast when I finished.
My tomato plants are over 5 feet and I can't wait to have tomato sandwiches. Yum, Yum! I many have to pick a green tomato to fry up for lunch one day.
If you look close, you can see my funny looking scare crow on the right.
